Grace is a Gift Ministries
Walking with women through the hardest seasons — one story, one soul, one restoration at a time.
Give the gift of graceOur Mission
Many women — particularly mothers in shelters — face significant barriers to stability: limited access to jobs, a lack of practical skills training, and too little emotional or spiritual support. These challenges make long-term independence and a stable future for their families feel out of reach.
While community resources exist, few take a truly holistic approach. Grace is a Gift Ministries was established to fill that gap — combining job readiness, mentorship, and faith-based encouragement in one consistent, empowering environment.
Through targeted programs and community outreach, we help women rediscover their identity, rebuild confidence, and step into a sustainable, self-sufficient future.

Safe space for women escaping domestic abuse, navigating homelessness, or beginning the long road of recovery — grounded in faith, dignity, and community.

A social enterprise. A training ground. A second chance in every cup.
Cup of Grace is a mission-driven social enterprise designed to provide hands-on job training and real employment opportunities for the women in our programs.
Participants gain real-world experience in a supportive, structured environment — building the skills, confidence, and work history they need to step into sustainable careers.
Every cup served supports both the woman pouring it and the ministry that stands behind her — creating long-term pathways toward independence, dignity, and hope.
About the Founder
Founder · Grace is a Gift Ministries
Stephanie Headley founded Grace is a Gift Ministries out of a deeply personal conviction: that no woman should have to walk through her hardest season alone. What began as small acts of kindness for women in shelters has grown into a faith-based nonprofit committed to restoration, dignity, and hope.
Guided by her faith and her own lived experience, Stephanie leads the ministry's programs, partnerships, and outreach — building a community where women navigating domestic abuse, homelessness, addiction, and single parenthood are met with practical support and unwavering grace.
Her vision is simple and steady: equip women with skills, surround them with mentorship, and remind them — again and again — that grace is a gift meant to be given.
